Getting "java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out" exception while connecting thingworx sandbox.cloud

I am getting "java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out" exception while connecting thingworx sandbox.cloud through java application only. previously it was working fine during application access, now i didn't change any code but am getting this exception.
