Try another pdf writer, such as CutePdf (www.cutepdf.com).

Your problem appears to be associated with the use of a certain font. Are you using a rare font? Can you share the sheet so we can try to print it?

1. Install and print with CutePDF as another PDF printer: CutePDF :: Product :: CutePDF Writer

Hi Everyone,

By installing dot net framework 4.6.1 the pdf get created.
