failed to launch server application

I have been running Mathcad 14 under Vista for a short time, but now I keep getting the error message "failed to launch server application". This only goes away after being clicked several times, but reappears as soon as I try to anything on the sheet. Now I can't do anything at all except click off the message.

How do I get out of this loop?

Apparently, installing the update m011 did the trick.

2) Repair installation of Mathcad 14.0 or M010

With Mathcad 14 CD in the disc drive:

A) Go to Add/Remove programs

B) Select Mathcad 14 and press the "Change" button

C) Continue through the prompts and select the "repair installation" option

After Repair installation:

3) Re-register the Mathcad 14 dlls.

Go to Start -> Run -> Browse to the Mathcad.exe file in the the C:\ProgramFiles\Mathcad\Mathcad 14 directory.

After pointing to the mathcad.exe file, select "open" go to the end of the string in the Run dialog box, and hit the spacebar once after the and type in "/register". It should look like this in the Run box:

"C:\Program Files\Mathcad\Mathcad 14\mathcad.exe" /register
