None of the regular users on here will be able to help you. We don't have the knowledge to deal with traceback files, we're just users of the program.
You'd need to contact PTC Support if you think it's something to do with the program function.
To be honest, though, I've found that there are a lot of reasons such ungraceful crashes occur, and I'm sure pretty much anyone who uses the software a lot has had incidents like this. Running out of memory, corrupted file, old file not being converted correctly, etc.
One of the worst case scenarios is if a specific file you are trying to read in is repeatably causing Creo to crash. That likely means that file is not going to be useable, and hopefully you can load in an earlier version.
If I crash but am then able to load the file I was working on back into memory and continue working, that's the end of it for me.
Just be sure to save often. Losing hours of work because you haven't saved any of it is a terrible thing.
