Cannot Save Custom Filters in Parameters for assemblies

Hi,

I used the solution from topic to set a custom filter as default. For parts, it's working perfectly. But for assemblies, the custom filter is not available. Is there a difference between parts and assemblies? Is there another parameter to set especially for assemblies?

Thank You,

Custom filters in assemblies can sometimes behave differently than in parts. This could be due to various factors such as the complexity of assemblies, the presence of multiple components, and the way filters interact with these components.

In Creo, certain parameters or options might be specific to either parts or assemblies. If the custom filter works for parts but not for assemblies, it suggests that there might be an additional parameter or setting that needs to be configured for assemblies.

It’s also possible that the method used to create or apply the filter in parts does not directly translate to assemblies due to their different structures.
