Close limit blend

good evening, I have a problem in closing the boubdary blend of this propeller. I'm trying in every way but I can't. Can anyone help me ?? Thanks

If you are designing a prop blade for aerodynamic performance, then building it using freehand curve and surface patches is not how it is typically done when the propulsion engineers are designing the geometry. Analytic models often start with curve driven equations and or points/curves that are then imported into Creo and used as the basis for surface modeling of the aero surfaces.

thanks for the reply and thanks for the advice, the model is for educational purposes, if you have any documents or links that talk about modeling prop blades at a professional level I would be happy to take a look

This may be of interest to you. I am not aware of any open source Creo specific aerodynamic design tutorials.

This company designs and build props in the USA and they may be able to offer you some insight into their design process if you let them know that you are a student with an interest in designing prop blades.
