Hello,
My company is starting to use Illustrate in our tech pubs dept. We are trying to open a giant assembly that has different Reps saves in the creo file. Does Creo Illustrate have the ability to show these different Reps. And if so how?
Also often when we open a PVZ or STEP file, all of the sub assembly names come into the tree but the parts and assemblies do not show up, even if you click on the model tree and say hide / unhide.
Thank you for your time and look forward to your response

Hi Craig,
There is an enhancement that allows the ability to bring in Creo Parametric files saved to Creo View format (PVZ, PVS, etc.) and select a combined state (that can have a simplified representation set) to create a figure with. Simplified representations of Creo Parametric data brought directly into Creo Illustrate cannot currently be selected though.
Thanks,
Amit
