Error opening .bdl file "Files does not contain a valid drawing"

I think the problem is that this attached drawing was created in a newer version.

I have CoCreate 2008, I created this file in Creo 18.1 (I think).

Can some one out there open the file then save it to the CoCreate 2008 version for me ?
