Extending the Extension Line (Radius or Diameter)

Is there a way to extend the extension line of a dimension for either a radius or a diameter?

The diameter symbol above needs to be extended similar to the diameter symbols attached as a note.

Hold down shift while selecting and dragging it.

Just remember it is the shift key [and not the control key   🙂  🙂  🙂  ] Took me a few tries.
