Hidden line removal for quilt not working with 2D cross-section

Hidden line removal for quilt not working with 2D cross-section from Sections used. 

I want image 2,3,4 to be like image 1 that hides hidden line for quilts. If i select 2d section the option of hidden line is greyed out. It does not remove hidden lines. How to fix? Thanks in advance.
