How to sign off(values) in drawing

I created assembly by using coordinate systems(cs).So it having (+) and (-) values.When i try to create drawing,it shows (+) values and (-)values.I need show values,So how to sign off the values in drawing

Check config option show_dim_sign.

It dosent consider that config..Already i checked that one.It always show (+) and (-) while SHOW_DIM_SIGN="yes" or "no"
