ModelCheck/Material Library Question

I have dividedmy material libraryfiles into folders. When I do this I can't use ModelCheck to add a material to a partif one doesn't exist. It can't find them to add when they are in a substructure of the material library directory. Does anyone have away to make this work? Thanks in advance!

"as of WF3 there is not a way to make this work other than to move all materials to one material folder"
