How do the modeling PCF file "end-Position-open" Does the record?

Although modeled using Blind Flange/Cap, "end-position-null" only generated

Does this mean, when you display the PCF as drawing (e.g. in I-Run), something is missing compared to the Creo model the PCF has been output from?

Or do you get an error when reading the PCF? Or an error when outputting?
