Quick Access Toolbar, Creo 2.0

So... I have tried to customize my quick access toolbar. I have added "Select Working Directory" to it, while in a part window, but when I change windows to an assembly, it is gone, and I cannot add it.

To put it more accurately, the Quick Access Toolbar seems to be configured differently in part mode vs assembly mode (and I assume drawing mode etc). Does anyone know how I can make them the same in all modes?

Hi Grahame,

i'm not sure you can, i had to configure mine for each mode, saving the changes each time. When you tried to add "select working directory" to the assembly mode, did you have "all commands" showing in the choose from menu? i ran a quick test & was able to do what you could not, but i did notice that while in assembly mode, the "select working directory" icon is not present, you have to show "all commands", then you can add it to the quick access bar.

John

I feel silly now. I thought I had tried "all commands" but it seems I hadn't. Thanks. It's annoying that I have to set them up separately but at least I can have the same commands across different toolbars.
