When making an drawing of a part with an axis type pattern of holes an pitch circle can be shown using show model annotations. However when i'm modelling a spur gear and using an axis pattern no pitch circle is create which can be shown using model annotations in drawing mode.
I've tried using the dimension pattern type using an defined angle for direction 1 but this doesn't solve my problem.
Any idea how to use the pattern feature for creating spur gears so that the pitch circle can be shown on a drawing using show model annotations.
I don't want to make sketch which only contains the pitch circle to show it on the drawing.
