Tolerance Display and Instance Display

All,

Is there a config.pro option to turn off the X.X, X.XX, X.XXX, ANGLE, and INSTANCE display in part and/or assembly mode? I want to print out some simple JPEG's and this information gets in the way. I prefer not to use Photorender because I do not have the patience to start dealing with backgrounds, lighting, etc.

TIA,

Neal

Here is a quick way of dealing with it without a config option:

VIEW
SHADE

This will eliminate the screen text and DTMs.

you will need to REPAINT to allow more than one item to show as selected.
REPAINTing exits VIEW, SHADE mode.

Tip#1

Make a mapkey to export your image that does the view, shade, then save
as.

Tip#2

VIEW, SHADE also allows large assemblies to spin freely.

?Why does VIEW,SHADE allow the models to spin better than just shade? PTC
was unwilling to explain.

But it works great!!

Please remind me of the Tol setting in the config file so I can change the type and values.
