limit blend

limit blend

I am using Creo Parametric Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.0.0

I want to create a limit belnd between 14 sections, the first one is a rectangle the others 13 are rectangles whose upper edge has been replaced by an arc. Creo doesnt allow me to do that. Why? whant can i do?

What kind of Creo feature do you use?

 

What kind of geometry do you want to get? Solid or surface?

I don't know what a limit blend is specifically.

Blends need to have the same number of entities in each section. Were you able to get  2 section blend to work, just rectangle to one with curved edge. 

I did a simple blend test, 3 sections, just to verify.

My first thought is that you may need to insure that the origin point in all of sections are where they need to be.  If they are randomly on different corners, Creo may be trying an impossible twist,
