mechanism-connection error

We have been having trouble trying to figure out how to fix a connection problem in an assembly.

We have a mechinism applied to some walls that fold down from a shelter that we build.

The following error pops up and I am sure where to begin to fix it?

Any advice?

I have looked into "REFERENCE VIEWER" but everything looks ok there.

Thanks in advance

DMT

You need to be very formal in the creation of your joints - only use references from exactly the same two parts when defining all required references for each joint. To make a pin joint, if you select an axis from the new component and an axis from the mating hole, you must select references for the axial constraint from the same two parts - sometimes it is easy to select a surface or datum that "looks" like its the one you need, when you really selected a reference from a third body.

Also, all parts need to be fully defined by a connection - do not leave any ground parts defined/assembled together with "Allow Assumptions", as this can cause trouble as well.
