How can I find the model_name number of a set of instances, ie model_name:4 etc for use in tables?

If I understand what you are asking, with the model open. Go to Tools, Family Tables. The instance name is usually the first or second column on the left.

Thanks for the response, Dale, but I am trying to find the &model_name:XX, were XX is the number that differentiates one family instance from another for Pro/E. I have a drawing table that has common instances for it except maybe for length. When I set up the drawing table, I set up the &model_number for 'PART NUMBER' and &Dxx for 'DIMENSION 'A', were &Dxx is the variable dimension. Where can I find the &model_number or the model_number parameter to add to the family instance table?
