"view server properties" is missing when parent assembly is 'locked' (Windchill server status)

"view server properties" is missing when parent assembly is 'locked' (Windchill server status)

Anyone know if I can change this and/or why Creo (9.0.6.0) behaves like this?

I don't understand why it would be unavailable if the component's parent is locked...

 

When the parent assembly is unlocked, there is "View server properties" in the RMB-menu:

That option is gone when the parent assembly is locked:

The lock-state of the component itself doesn't seem to matter.

I get the same issue:

  • Windchill 12.1.2.7
  • Creo Parametric 9.0.7.0
  • Creo Parametric 10.0.2.0
