Hi there!
I have to merge two pipes. But problem is that the end of one pipe is ''floating'' somewhere in the space, and another one is settled on the top plane. I can not make another sweep to merge this two, beacuse I can not find out how to draw a trajectory which will connect ends of pipes. Can anbody help me out with this?
Btw. I use PTC Creo 4.0.

You need to constrain each end of your intermediate curve though points to the existing two pieces of pipe. They should be tangent to the center trajectory of the pipes or normal to the end plane of the pipes. The gap you now have is due to that end not being constrained per your design intent.
Another option to connect the pipe segments would be to sketch two planar curves orthogonal to each other that connect the pipe ends and then to intersect the two sketched planar curves to create the 3D curve. This approach will give you more readily accessed control of the last connecting 3D curve in case you need to alter the routing of the pipe for your design.
You can try creating a 3D curve using Datum> Curve > Curve through Points.
Create points at center of two sweeps and create curve using points , specify end conditions and use that for a sweep.
