Hello.
I am a student at HTW Berlin and I currently use Creo Elements Pro 5.0 Students edition.
When I installed it on my laptop, I had to generate a licence file.
Here is my question:
I might have to refresh my OS because of graphics problems (I am not sure if it is a hardware or software problem).
After the refresh, I will lose all installed programs.
Will it be possible to reinstall Creo Elements Pro just like I had done before and generate a licence file online with my student account or would PTC think I am trying to install it on another computer, making it necessary to contact PTC and explain the situation?
