Welding console Constraint

I would like to calculate the welding bracket correctly. But I have not yet found the right approach.

Or should I simplify the model first?

I have started another experiment.

Here in the radius I have increased mechanical stresses.

Hello, what do you mean by "precise bearings are important here"?

This console is only plugged in. The bore has a small oversize.

Yes, the axle can turn.

OK, the axle can turn, what combination of materials is this?
