creo crashes when selecting a compression method for an .avi file

Whenever I export an animation which I did in PTC Creo Parametric 8.0.4.0 and I want to select a compression method, Creo crashes.

Does somebody know how to fix that?

If possible, try this on another machine to confirm the same behavior. If you are able to induce the crash repeatedly by selection in the UI then you should open a call with PTC tech support to investigate the cause.
