error during mesh creation

I am using Creo Simulate 4.0 M060

Error message: "Some contacting components have large difference in their tolerance values"

Here are the errors that I faced

Hi @HarsadShah,

  • Set the same absolute accuracy for the top assembly , all sub-assembly and components
  • Set config.pro option
    • enable_absolute_accuracy to yes
    • enable_assembly_accuracy to yes
    • default_abs_accuracy to desired value, for instance 0.0001
  • Open each part or assembly separately in standard mode
  • Select File > Properties > Accuracy change , access to Accuracy dialog box
  • Select Absolute
  • Enter desired value, for instance 0.01
  • Click Regenerate Model
  • Repeat this step for all components of the top assembly and sub-assembly and their components.
