Error when export a PNG file from Arbortext IsoDraw 7.3 CADprocess

When I had my evaluation license everything worked great. But now with my new license I'm getting an error.

An unknown problem has occurred.  I only get this when exporting a PNG file no other formats.

I have attached the error massage and the PNG export setting in the attachments.

Please let me know if anyone has a suggestion as to why this is happening.

Thank you

What are you using to build the image, any models, other images? I expect you are using version 7.4.3.0.

It was created from a CATIA .STP file.

I am using Release 7.3

Try setting the color image depth to 32 bit instead of 8 bit.

I did and I got the same error message. I also tried several different combinations, and nothing seems to work.
I did the same thing when I had my eval license and everything worked great.

I just opened a new blank page in IsoDraw and added two boxes and one string of text and got the same error.

I also tried opening a file that worked with the evaluation license, and it is now giving me the same error.

I know this is not the case, but it acts as though the PNG exporting capabilities have been removed.

Hmm we deal with JT files and export to cgm. I just opened a .stp file here and exported to png with no issues. All you did after the trial is change the license file?

Bryon

Correct, Thats why this doesnt make any since.

It seems odd, I would submit a support ticket to PTC and see what they can find out.

I agree, and I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling IsoDraw and Creo Illustrate and it did work.  I don't think one as anything to do with the other, but it was worth a try.

Thank you for your help

Jeff

I was not aware you had also installed Creo Illustrate. There could be some weird issue with install order. I like to install Isodraw first then Editor. I am glad you got it working.

Bryon

I'm sorry, I meant to say it did not work.  I think I'm going to uninstall both and only install IsoDraw and see what happens before installing Creo Illustrate.

Sorry for the confusion

Good Idea.
