I know this is a bit of a goofy question, but does anyone know what port number is in use when Arbortext reads or writes files from a regular (non-HTTP/WebDAV) file system? Trying some exception testing with Riverbed, and the admin asked me which specific port is being used when Arbortext does read/write operations. Thanks, -Jason A. Buss
I'm not sure, but if you're on a Windows network using standard network access, it's probably 445, which is the standard port for Windows SMB network communications.
Ah, 137, 138, and 139, a fine trio of rapscallions. Reminds me of ShieldsUp!! New laptop. Not running ZoneAlarm. Just set up a house to house offsite backup for my parents. I'm going to go get a port scan 😉
