Question from David:  In this model, is the center stiffener ply hollow or solid?

Answer:  Typically they are a honeycomb that has some drape.

Question from Paul:  Does simulate calculate for first ply to failure?

Answer:  Once the composite feature is created, you can use any of Creo's simulation tools just as you normally would.

@kamleshjoshi  We haven't made any special functions for tyres to date but we do have some customers exploring that possibility.
