Automation to generate .tiff, .dxf & .plt file in a button click.

The output of files can be accomplished using J-Link or Pro/TOOLKIT. I don't have an answer off the top of my head for the plt to dxf conversion though. Maybe Pro can do that as well but I have never tried.

Vinay, the 'Interface:Data Exchange, Exporting 2D models' chapter of Pro/Toolkit User Guide has all information and examples you would need to write an app. An app could berun either from a 'notify' eventor as a bracket function.
