Balloning dimensions

I need to add ballooning to all dimensions and notes in the drawing file automatically for part inspection purpose. Is there any way to perform this task? Further more, the ballooning and the respective dimensional details is required to be exported to a spreadsheet.

I'm afraid, this is not possible without programming.

You need to place drawing symbol near all dims and notes.

Test the usage of modifying your text symbol, and the use of ctlr-a/ctrl-b, you can on top develop your own symbols. See CS138583 for example.
