Has anyone had success in compiling the make_install test app on a Windows 7 64 bit platform? I've successfully compiled on XP 32 and 64 bit, but it chokes on Win 7 with an NMAKE error. Using VS 2008 and a converted VS 2010. I'd prefer to stop compiling on my old XP box and start using Win 7.
