Creating space under vertical dimension to place a symbol

Hi All,

I need to place a symbol below the dimension text inline with a vertical dimension.so i need to create a gap between dimension text and leader line so that the leader line will not coincide with the symbol.In creo by pressing enter after @D in dimension text, a gap is created.i tried to do the same using toolkit. using ProDimensionTextWstringsSet. The Dimension text was updated with enter in dimension text box but space is not created in the drawing.I tried sheetRegenerate and DrawingRegenerate.but its not working.

if anyone has a solution or know anyother way to create gap, please help.
