Problem:
I acidently downloaded the trial version. So, I erased every file assocciated with it and downloaded all of the files for the normal Creo. Upon oppening the program, I get a "Fatal Error" message and the program won't open up. Any ideas? I have no idea what to do. Tried contacting tech support but I just get a "Accesss Denied - Insufficient Privleges" message and I get blocked out. I found one suggestion on a blog that said to:
1. Download the attached config.pro file
2. Move the config file to C:/Users\Public\Documents
3. Restart Creo 2.0
However, I was unable to locate the above file. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

this is a bug for Creo 2.0, but this is fixed in M120
