Get 3D Model Annotation by VBAPI

Hi,

I'm writing a VB program to list all annotations shown on the 3D model(dimensions, tolerances). I tried getting dimensions from feature but it only give model construction dimensions and not 3D dimensions. Could somebody please help me out?
