How can i display a customized info like the snapshots shows?

on the right-down corner of the screen, there are some annotations of tolerance settings.

i wonder how it is done? can i insert some customized info(model related) i need via creo toolkit? 

what functions should i use?

can anyone provide one example for refference?

Also, i might add, the displayed annotations are editable, double-click allows me to input value i need.

so i suppose it is not functions like ProAnnotationShow() that can get it done.
