How do I register new file type for Open & Save using VB API?

I want to register a new file type & description fo my application.

I have initialized IpfcFileOpenRegisterOptions using New CCpfcFileOpenRegisterOptions


but No ccpfc Listener option availabe to initialize IpfcFileOpenRegisterListener.
