Pro/TOOLKIT startup errors

Does anyone know how to get rid of Pro/TOOLKIT startup errors in WF4?

I have looked for the standard location of protk.dat and am not finding any entries within it.

This one seems to be defined in your config.pro. Go to Tools > Options and
look for the protkdat option in the current session.
