When projecting a circle it only projects half of it.
1. Can it be set to project it all.
2. ideally just project the centre point.

Make sure to select the loop (or tangent chain) of the circle as Creo bisects all circles. You cannot project the center point explicitly but is implicit if the projection of the circle is also a true circle. You can include a dtm point in the sketch of the circle creation and use an axis to get the center projected on to another surface.
