I want to create a small circle at the center of the indicated circle or arc.
So, we can check the parametric sketch option, start circle command and add references,then draw the circle.
Then, the small circle is drafted with referecne, and it moves when the reference circle moves.

2, Is there ProToolkit function to create "Parametric Sketch" ?
