.tx3 data from Creo 8 object toolkit

Is there a way to get usable image data out of a .tx3 file using the Creo 8 object toolkit?  this proprietary image file type is not usable outside of Creo, so i'd like to be able to pull out RGB values and any bump information if possible...

Not Toolkit but

1. Go to Tools > Image Editor which will launch separate window
2. Select File > Open
3. From the open dialog box, select the image file that is to be converted, then select open
4. Then save the file by using File > Save As and change the type to (*.bmp, *.png ...)
