Ethernet with LTAPP Protocol

Hi I've one lincoln electric(Arc Tracker) device which supports ethernet communication, which has LTAPP protocol for their application to talk over it.

How can i get those data in kepware using LTAPP?

Kepware has some custom configurable drivers hence I would request you to share the data format of LTAPP protocol which can communicate over the Ethernet communication with the device(Arc Tracker).
