Is it possible to use 1 kepware to multiple thingworx platform. If not, any other possible solutions ?

Not possible, I'm told that you can potentially use the OPC Aggregator to accomplish this.
I unfortunately am not familiar with how the setup would work, I recommend asking on the Kepware site.
