Kepserver User Manager credentials

All,

>I'm trying to connect Microsoft Excel with Kepware through DDE. for the same i need to do some changes in settings configuration.

 

>But settings field asking for User Manager Credentials which im unable to enter.

Hello,

 

The credentials that you are being prompted for are the KEPServerEX server Admin username and password.

These were setup at the time of install.

If you do not know these credentials you will need to follow the instructions in the following article:

https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS294705

Hey,

 

This solution is great.

but my hurdle is, im unable to complete first step itself. i.e setting up of server for Interactive mode.(please see the attached image)

 

when i try to open the "settings" command it is asking for "User management credentials".

 

Please suggest a way to reset the credentials or to find the current credentials.

 

waiting for a solution.
