@Pramodmahadik Hi,
Could you please double check the steps followed for connecting Kepware to TWX from the below link
And confirm regarding a "connection toThingWorx appears" in the Event column .
If feasible please attach the screen-shoot of kepware side logs .
Additionally please let me know the value of IsConnected Property for the IndustrialGateway .
Thanks
Gunjan Aneja
Hi Gunjan,
Please refer attached snapshot. I have done configuration as stated on sample project link.
Also the Event column shows "Interface Connected to Thingworx"
Date Time Level Source Event
17.07.2020 11:11:56 Information ThingWorx Native Interface Connected to ThingWorx. | Platform = PP-2007021249Q7.devportal.ptc.io:443/Thingworx/WS, Thing name = 'indConn_server'.
Regards,
Pramod
IsConnected Property is True/Checked. However when I refresh it becomes False. Again when I save the IsConnected Property becomes true/Checked
Do you see any error in the kepware logs?
Which version of kepware and thingworx you are using ?
Thanks
Gunjan Aneja
