OPC UA Authentication required

To log into the OPC UA configurator it is asking for a user name and password.  Is this my windows user name and password? I have treid that mutiple times and even created a new user with all the permission avalible with no luck, or what user password is it looking for?

I would like to inform you that OPC UA configuration authentication is not related to Windows user name and password. It could be set while installing KEPServerEX. If you forgot the administrator password to access the Kepware menu. Please reset the administrator password.
