What's wrong with my Thingworx?I can't import KEPServerEX Extension into my Thingworx platform.

When I import the extension of kepware ,the error message is showing up.12.PNG

Could anyone help me?

I tried installing the same extension on my local instance, Thingworx 7.1.2 and could successfully import it without any issues.

Which ThingWorx version are you working on? Any error you getting in application logs?
