XML SOAP webservice driver / ClientAce Alternative

Dear commmunity,

how can I connect Kepware with an webservice which communicates over a XML SOAP protocol?
Unfortunately the OPC XML-DA Client doesnt work.

I have read that the ClientAce driver could communicate with this kind of connection; but it isn't available anymore. Is there an available alternative?
