Setting a default size to coordinate system Axis Length

Is there a config option (hidden?) that will set the default axis length for the zoom-dependent property for a coordinate system. I know I can change it. And I have to, every time. It has a default right now of 37.060 inches. I want it to be 3 inches. Haven't been able to find something on this. I know there is a hidden option for the name text size, but haven't seen anything on the axis length. Using Creo 4 M060. (We are not fast to upgrade!)

Opened a case. There is no config option at this time. PTC recommended creating a mapkey.
