creo manufacturing and Mbd

I'm starting to learn more about Mbd.

I found this video where shows some relationship between SOLIDWORKS and Cam works.

I does it have any relation with CREO manufacturing. Basically, does CREO manufacturing changes it's approach to machining according to the tolerance applied to a hole?
