simulation error

has anyone else seen this before?   It just randomly started happening today no changes to settings or software.  on Creo 5.0.4.0 no issues when we run play path but the simulation shows these crazy jagged arcs extending well past the machine travelAnnotation 2019-11-26 150235.png

Try clearing the toolpath and moduleworks related files from working directory. If possible try testing the same in Creo 5.0.5.0. Still if it fails, submit a case for PTC tech Support.
